The Yard Yoga – A Hidden West-End Gem near the Junction. Tucked away in a low-rise business area in the west end, The Yard Yoga is as local and down-to-earth as it gets — no frills, no bougie, just real yoga with a humble vibe.
Sassy rolled in around noon, and parking was a bit of a puzzle at first (hello industrial zone life). It took a minute to figure out where the entrance was, but once we spotted the building, it was a total “ah-ha, of course!” moment.
The studio itself is small and simple — nothing fancy, but still delivered a really lovely yoga experience. Sassy was actually the first to arrive, and the instructor had to open the door (classic small-studio charm). Most of the attendees seemed like regulars, with a couple of ClassPass yogis mixed in.
If you’re into luxe amenities and bougie studios, this probably isn’t your scene. But if you love an authentic, community-focused class in a tucked-away spot near local eateries and car repair shops, this little studio is a hidden gem worth discovering.
