Blue Canoe – Lawrence Park 🔥 One of Sassy’s go-to yoga spots—for good reason. Blue Canoe serves up stellar instructors (we see you, Yara, Cara, Kathryn, and Marla), a chilled-out local vibe, and classes where people actually laugh. No ego, no pressure, just space to move, breathe, and sweat.

Flow and Power classes bring the heat, while the Zen Series is perfect for those craving something softer. Newbies—arrive a bit early for a quick instructor check-in. Bonus: they’ve just added reformer Pilates upstairs (four machines, Kathryn’s your go-to).  Easy Green P parking nearby and yes, you will want a towel. These sessions sweat.
