Sassy did a last minute ‘Nooner’ class 💪🏼 in the summer and really enjoyed the HIIT type circuit class that was half inside and half outside on a hot summer day. Active Life Conditioning had a very mixed class of men & women and also all ages from young to older. The circuit training was a mix of weights, cardio, body strength and much much more. It was a very intense work out but was only has hard as you push yourself. Would recommend that you have done a few HIIT or circuit training before as not for the Novice person BUT that being said, you don’t have to be a major athlete – just take your time, do what you can and push where you can!!
